At Hachette Boardgames, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new look. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund or exchange status.
